What information is provided for each property?

Once you become a member to Foreclosure1.com you will have complete access to an unlimited amount of resources, such as: photos (when available), property type, property style, square footage, price, address. We also provide our members with an approximated estimate of monthly payments based on a 30-year fixed rate. Our services include the contact information for each property, such as the name of the contact agent, a contact phone number, the listing company and contact e-mail address.

Am I obligated to sign up for an entire year?

Members are not obligated to commit to an annual membership, nor a lifetime commitment. We allow our members to choose either a 7-day trial, a monthly or an annual membership. If you wish to cancel at anytime, please be advised that Foreclosure1.com will not accept cancellation requests by e-mail, fax or phone calls.

How can a membership be canceled?

You can cancel your subscription to Foreclosure1.com is simple. Just click on our "Cancel Your Membership" link and you will then be redirected to a new screen. Simply fill out the cancellation request form and follow the instructions and your cancellation request will be processed.
